I have an infinite interest of reading books and collecting booklists. Thus, it's irresistable to grasp this great opportunity of collecting more lol. My five favorite books I've read within a month are:
1984 by George Orwell
Norwegian Wood by 村上春樹 Haruki Murakami
ろまん燈籠 by 太宰治 Dazai Osamu
The Elegance of the Hedgehog by Muriel Barbery
Night Train to Lisbon by Pascal Mercier
What are yours?
Darkness Between the Stars by J Edward Neill
The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova
The Iron Druid Chronicles by Kevin Hearne (it's a series, check it out)

I've been trying to get more consistent with reading. Here are some of the books I've read semi-recently
Evicted is truly necessary reading for any American reader, truly heartbreaking and eye opening.
I really enjoyed looking up what you all have been reading! Thank you for the post Yingli!
Currently working my way through the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett which I thoroughly recommend.
I loved Mexican Gothic! It was incredibly cheeky and creepy. Highly recommend.
I just finished up 'The Long Ships' by Frans G. Bengtsson. I highly recommend if you enjoy historical fiction!
The Raw Shark Texts by Stephen Hall - narrator is being chased by a conceptual shark that eats memories. Wild.
Mr. Penumbra's 24 Hour Bookstore by Robin Sloan - puzzles are my jam. I'm a sucker for a trail of breadcrumbs.
Next on my list is The Turn of the Screw so I can watch the Netflix adaptation.
I JUST finished The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern and I am willing to spend 1,000 hours discussing it with anyone who wants to.
I finished Concrete Rose by Angie Thomas
